At Taseefa Anti-Tarnish Jewelry, we carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure your jewelry reaches you safely and in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to assist you with the return or exchange process.
To make a return or exchange request, an unboxing video is compulsory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened, the product being removed, and the issue or damage visible in one continuous and unedited recording without cuts, pauses, or filters. Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
Any damage caused after the jewelry has been opened, handled, or worn will not be covered under our return or exchange policy. Once a return request is approved, the product must be sent back in its original condition along with the original packaging, jewelry box, tags, and all accessories received with the order.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or quality standards.
Refund Processing
After the returned product is received and passes our quality inspection, the refund process will begin. Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
